Keeping workflows rolling
Andrew is an IT Systems and Operations Engineer on LeftBrain’s support team, the first point of contact for clients with any tech issue. Day to day, that means supporting people with their workplace tech, troubleshooting across platforms, and working closely with engineers and security experts to keep businesses productive and secure. Before LeftBrain, Andrew worked in video production and editing, which gave him a solid grasp of the creative software, hardware, and data management clients rely on — and, more importantly, real empathy for people when their tools and workflows aren’t working the way they should.
