Making technology make sense
Damario is an IT Systems and Operations Engineer at LeftBrain, helping clients both virtually and on-site to keep downtime to a minimum — covering everything from security access and application support to onboarding, offboarding, device rollouts, and increasingly, steering clients through questions around AI. Before LeftBrain, he spent almost ten years at Apple, mostly in the services department, working with thousands of clients face to face. That experience taught him how to walk into any room, talk to anyone at any level, and translate a technical issue into something they can actually understand and act on.
