Dependable under pressure
Troy is an IT Systems and Operations Engineer at LeftBrain, answering client tickets day to day and providing on-site support when needed, so clients can keep their normal day-to-day running without interruption. Before LeftBrain, he worked as a help desk support engineer at BBC Television Centre and in facilities and technical support at Unilever — experience that taught him how to cope with user demands and manage high-pressure environments. What he wants clients to know most is that every ticket gets treated with the same priority and urgency, regardless of who it’s from.
