B Corp Certification is administered by B Lab™, the nonprofit that has certified companies against verified standards of social and environmental performance since 2006. For a cyber security and IT consultancy, that means our governance, people practices and environmental impact have now been independently assessed — not just self-reported.
Certification doesn’t change how we operate day to day. It confirms what we’d already built: board-level oversight of our social and environmental impact, and a workplace where everyone earns at least a living wage.
On the environmental side, we’re a remote-first business by default, which keeps our baseline footprint lower than a traditional office set-up. Where site visits are necessary, we follow low-carbon travel guidance and run a Cycle to Work scheme. We operate digital-first practices with a recycling programme to cut waste, and we choose cloud providers specifically for their net-zero commitments and green data centres. Each year, we track our impact through a carbon footprint report covering travel, cloud infrastructure and estimated home-working emissions, and we audit major suppliers against environmental criteria.
