Mandy is Operations Assistant at LeftBrain, the first point of contact for anyone interested in joining as a client — walking them through the process, connecting them with the right consultants, and making sure LeftBrain understands exactly what they need rather than offering a one-size-fits-all service. Before LeftBrain, she trained and worked as a social worker, before moving into running several businesses — experience that taught her how to connect with people and understand what they actually need, especially when they’re in high-pressure, decision-heavy environments. What’s struck her most since joining is how genuinely the team loves what they do, from engineers who get excited thwarting an attack to a help desk team she describes as some of the kindest people she knows.
