Jenny is People Ops Coordinator at LeftBrain, focused on supporting the team and creating a genuinely positive experience for everyone — from welcoming new starters to running volunteer day initiatives and keeping teams connected. She also led LeftBrain through its B Corp certification, and is particularly proud that the highest-scoring area was workers, a reflection of how much the company genuinely cares about its people. Her view is simple: when employees feel valued and supported, that shows up in the quality of service clients get.
