Staying one step ahead
Raj is Head of Support at LeftBrain, leading both the support team and the onsite team to make sure clients get quality help whenever they need it. Day to day, that means prioritising and managing incoming work, handling escalations, and working with other teams to spot patterns and prevent issues from recurring, rather than just fixing them once. His background combines hands-on IT support with building support operations from the ground up — troubleshooting under pressure, communicating clearly regardless of a client’s technical level, and designing processes that make escalation simple. Over time, that’s taught him that good support is a balance of speed, quality, and prevention, so the same problems don’t keep coming back.
