Steven is Head of Service Delivery at LeftBrain, overseeing the engineering, strategy, and information security teams at a high level and making sure every client deadline is met — stepping in to fill gaps wherever needed. Before LeftBrain, he trained in psychology, then a stint as an Apple technician before joining the company. That psychology background still shapes how he works, giving him a genuine sense of empathy for how clients think and what they need from the service they’re getting.
