Marco is a Strategist at LeftBrain, having been with the company for a couple of years as the main point of contact for clients — listening to what they need, helping improve how their business runs, and introducing new technology where it genuinely helps. Across his previous roles, what’s stuck with him most is the value of soft skills: communication, collaboration, and problem-solving, which bring a human side to any working relationship and make everything run more smoothly. What he wants clients to know is that LeftBrain genuinely cares, tailoring everything to what a client actually needs rather than pushing anything beyond that.
