Pai Skincare formulates, manufactures, and ships certified organic products from their London HQ, with sensitive skin at the heart of everything they do. The Challenge

Secure remote access for a growing, multi-platform team

Most of Pai’s product development runs on Mac, but their operations and formulation tracking systems are built around Windows-based database software. Pai needed a solution that would allow their teams to collaborate securely across different devices, from any location, without compromising on security.

The Solution

LeftBrain’s information security engineers worked with Pai to design a bespoke AWS-based infrastructure, focused on enabling secure access to sensitive business data for both Mac and Windows users.

We also transitioned their Identity and Access Management to a cloud-based system, allowing employees to use one secure set of credentials across their Wi-Fi network, Active Directory, and SaaS services.

Tactical: Zero Trust security and seamless remote access

To protect Pai’s critical business information, LeftBrain implemented a Zero Trust Network and embedded Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls into their AWS environment. This ensures sensitive data is always protected, whether accessed from the office, home, or elsewhere.

The result is a cloud-hosted, secure workstation environment that supports flexibility without compromising security.
