Michael is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at LeftBrain, responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the company: from contracting with clients and vendors to designing new services and making sure every part of the business is set up to deliver our services, because the quality of delivery depends as much on what happens behind the scenes as it does on the work itself. It’s largely invisible when it’s going well, and when it’s done well, nobody notices. What matters most to Michael is that LeftBrain’s success is measured by its clients’ success. That starts with staying vendor-agnostic: choosing the tools that best fit each client’s objectives and their own tech stack, rather than letting commercial partnerships cloud decisions.
